Why Boccadoro? For two reasons: first, because it is the name of the hill where the Sauvignon blanc vineyard that produces the grapes used to make this wine is located, and second, because it is like gold in the mouth: full and rich!
A fresh wine with complex aromas; excellent if served with exotic and spicy international dishes.
Characterised by a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, this Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine with intense, slightly floral aromas and fruity notes of white peach. Fresh and well-balanced, with soft mineral notes.
