Traditionally paired with desserts, especially with hazelnut cake or ‘paste di meliga’. It can also be served as an aperitif, with savoury dishes, even complex ones, for example with battered prawns or mashed potatoes with shaved white truffle.
A wine characterised by a straw-yellow colour and fine, consistent perlage, as well as by fragrant, intense aromas with delicate aromatic notes typical of this grape variety.
