If Barbera is the wine of tradition and memories, our Rolei is a new and unique wine that does not lose sight of tradition.
It is a complex wine that is never ‘released’ too young, but is aged in oak barrels so as to fully appreciate its evolution.

If you want to try something unusual, pair it with cod with polenta. Rolei is a very acidic and fresh wine that you would drink again and again!
A wine characterised by a deep ruby red colour, rich aromas of ripe fruit and delicate vanilla notes. Well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its persistence, as well as sweet and velvety tannins.

Vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled vitrified concrete tanks and long maceration of the solid part (skins and seeds) in the wine. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in early spring. No filtrations prior to bottling. Ageing: 6 months in 23Hl oak barrels.
