The prince of Monferrato, Grignolino is a complex, wild and free wine which is not easy to label.
It is our favourite product: an everyday, but not ordinary wine whose unique aromas evolve in the bottle.
In addition to traditional pairings, Grignolino can also be served chilled as a ‘summer’ red wine, with cheese and charcuterie boards. Don’t be afraid to put it in the fridge for an hour before serving, you won’t regret it!
A light ruby red wine with almost imperceptible amber reflections, this Grignolino is characterised by spicy notes and hints of dog rose. Dry, pleasantly tannic, with good persistence.
Grape variety: 100% Grignolino

Number of bottles produced each year: 2000
