Our Chardonnay is made from grapes from two small vineyards: one is younger, while the other one is about 30 years old.
The yields are quite low, so, once ripe, we need to protect them from wild boars, which appreciate their acidity and sugar content.
Try our Chardonnay with a typical recipe from Monferrato: ‘friciulin’, small pancakes with herbs and cooked salami.
A straw yellow colour with golden reflections, floral and fruity aromas with typical notes of banana and pineapple. Intense and persistent, with good alcohol content, it has a natural effervescence that makes it an excellent aperitif and also an all-round wine.
