Our Barbera Superiore was one of our first products and is definitely our signature wine.
A complex wine, aged in wooden barrels for 12 months, with a good structure and characteristics that will make you appreciate it over time, also thanks to a small percentage of Freisa grapes.
An autumn evening, Alessandria-style chickpea soup (with pork ribs) and a glass of Superiore, what else?!
A deep ruby red wine, with generous and persistent aromas characterised by hints of ripe fruit including blackberries, plums and black cherries, perfectly balanced with soft spicy notes.
Full-bodied, soft and velvety. Complex, with notes of red fruits, supported by a delicate acidity and sweet, uniform tannins.
