This label is our young and fresh version of Barbera, undergoing single-variety and aged only in concrete tanks to better perceive its roundness in the mouth.
An ‘all-round’ wine that can accompany our meals from January to December.
In our region, Barbera is used to season Agnolotti, one of the most popular local dishes!
A ruby red wine with violet reflections, this Barbera is characterised by vinous and fruity aromas with delicate notes of cherries and currants. Soft and well-balanced, pleasantly acidic and with good persistence.

Harvesting: mechanical
Vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled vitrified concrete tanks and long maceration of the solid part (skins and seeds) in the wine. No filtrations prior to bottling.
