03. GUIDED WINE TASTING
Our wines for tasting will be 3: Chardonnay, Grignolino and Barbera del Monferrato Superiore.
The wines are always accompanied by baked goods!
04. MERENDA DEL VIGNAIOLO
Do you know what the winemaker brings to the vineyard to refresh himself during a long day of work? Taste it with us!
Local cured meats, cheeses, homemade bread and bread sticks and our delicious cugnà!
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A TOUR OF VINI OLIVETTA
We’ll talk about history: I’ll tell you all about the origins of Monferrato and the legend of Aleramo and Alasia ….which is not just a legend…are you curious?
We will talk about geology: did you know that there are whales in Monferrato? Strange but true…
We will talk about wines: we will taste local wines and national wines that can still tell a lot about our work and our land.
We will talk about local cuisine: we will tell you how to pair wines and local dishes, but we also want to tell you about some unusual and unconventional pairings to help you include wine in your daily meals!

You can book your tour based on your needs and weather conditions.
On Saturdays, tours can be arranged both in the morning and in the afternoon, while on Sundays ONLY in the morning.

The cost is €15 per person:
Tour of the vineyards and the cellar + tasting of 3 different wines paired with local baked goods.
The cost is €25 per person:
Tour of the vineyards and the cellar + tasting of 3 different wines and our MERENDA del VIGNAIOLO, which includes cold meats, cheeses, bread and breadsticks and our legendary Cugnà (typical jam from Piedmont)!
Discounted rates are available for groups of more than 8 persons
Please, specify any allergy or dietary requirements … our Merenda del Vignaiolo can also be VEGETARIAN, on request!
In the vineyards you can find tall grass, dew or mud… so we recommend you wear comfortable shoes!
Children are welcome and here they will find a play area and plenty of space to run and play safely!
